Coca-Cola Signs Ten-Year Deal As Founding Partner Of Mercedes-Benz Stadium

Global soft drinks giant, Coca-Cola has penned a ten-year deal to become a founding partner of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the new home of the Atlanta Falcons National Football League (NFL) franchise.
The firm will now be designated as the exclusive non-alcoholic beverage partner of the US$1.5 billion venue and the Falcons, as well as Atlanta United, the Major League Soccer (MLS) expansion franchise set to debut next year.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium which will be completed by June 2017 will have 673 food and beverage points of sale and Coca-Cola’s products, including Dasani water and Gold Peak Tea, will be sold at each and every one.

Atlanta-based Coca-Cola is a long-standing partner of the Falcons, having supplied products to the team’s games since 1966. The company joins Equifax, The Home Depot, NCR, Novelis, SunTrust, IBM and American Family Insurance as one of eight founding partners of the 83,000-capacity Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
