Ehimuan-Chiazor, Imoukhuede, Others Confirmed As NITEC 2016 Speakers

Juliet Ehimuan-Chiazor, country manager of Google Nigeria; Afolabi Imoukhuede, Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Job Creation/Youth Employment; Mr. Kola Aina, CEO, Emerging Platforms Group among others have been confirmed as speakers for the maiden edition of the Nigeria International Technology Exhibition & Conference (NITEC) by the organisers.

NITEC is a platform to showcase Nigeria’s tech ecosystem and promote innovative ICT solutions.

The Conference is a 2-day event which will take place at Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos from June 23 & 24, 2016.

Other speakers for the event are: Prof. Umar Danbatta, Executive Vice Chairman, Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC); Sunday Folayan, President, Nigeria Internet Registration Agency (NIRA); Vincent Olatunji, Acting Director General, Nigeria Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) as part of the speakers.

Others are: Tunde Coker, MD, Rack Centre; Zubair Abubakar, Co-Founder, Chopup Games; Simeon Ononobi, Founder, MyAdsApp.com, Yele Okeremi, CEO, Precise Financial Systems; Nkem Begho, CEO, Future Software, Charles Emembolu, Co-Founder, TechQuest and many more.

This year’s event is themed: the “Role of Disruptive Technologies in Catapulting the African Continent’s GDP”.

It promises to be a gathering of techpreneurs to discuss how to better position Africa/Nigeria for the 4th revolution.
