Lacoste Officially Unveils Djokovic As Brand Ambassador

Ahead of next week’s French Open kick-off, men’s tennis’ world number two Novak Djokovic has been officially unveiled as a brand ambassador of French fashion brand and sportswear, Lacoste.
The Serbian tennis star will debut his new kit next week at the tournament, where he will be attempting to retain the title he won for the first time last year. The deal covers all of Djokovic’s kit except for his shoes, with Adidas remaining in place as his official footwear provider.
The Serb started his professional career wearing Adidas, joining the likes of future Big Four partner Andy Murray with the German-based company. At the end of 2009 though, Adidas chose to sign Andy Murray to a contract extension, leaving the Serb looking for a new on-court attire sponsor.
