Single Malt Whisky, The Macallan Double Cask 30 YO Launches 

On Friday, September 15, 2023, The Macallan introduced its highly coveted Double Cask 30 Years Old single malt whisky to Nigerian connoisseurs at the luxurious Tar Tar Restaurant in Abuja.

The whisky marks a crowning achievement in The Macallan’s Double Cask series, standing as the most venerable expression within this collection. It tells a captivating wood journey that traverses the vast green forests of northern Spain and the French Pyrenees, before culminating in the lush woodlands of Ohio, Missouri, and Kentucky, to create a perfect harmony. With a three-decade-long maturation process, it exhibits a rich depth of flavour and a complex character.

This release underscores The Macallan’s unwavering commitment to excellent whisky distillery and craftsmanship, as the oak influence stands as the greatest contributor to the quality, natural hue, and unique aromas and flavours embodied in its single malt whiskies.
