Dozie Okafor Joins Coca-Cola Nigeria As Media Manager

Dozie Okafor, Head of Media Strategy and Planning at PHD Media has been hired by Coca-Cola Nigeria as Media Manager.
Okafor joined the beverage giant after five years and two months with PHD where he handled several blue chip accounts such as Twinings Nigeria, LaCasera Co. Ltd, Nutrifoods, SC Johnson, Bang & Olufsen and Martini Rose, L’Oreal, Ariston Thermo, NCC, Kalbe international, Distell SA, Huawei, Apple, Moet Hennessy, PZ Cussons.

The media strategist began his career as a Senior Executive, Planning at Mediareach OMD Nigeria and then moved to mediaReach OMD Ghana as Deputy Manager, Planning for a short stint.
Okafor is expected to bring his rich media experience to bear in Coca-Cola, as the soft drink company seeks to deepen its brand equity and stay atop market competition.
