Drama Now Over – Super Eagles

The rift inside the Super Eagles camp between coach Sunday Oliseh and captain Vincent Enyeama has now been resolved.
On Tuesday, Oliseh reportedly ordered the Super Eagles captain out of camp in Belgium. But the France-based goalkeeper was persuaded to remain with the team by the Nigerian Football Federation officials.
The Lille shot stopper, joined his national teammates in Belgium on Tuesday ahead of the two friendly games against Congo and Cameroon on Thursday and Sunday. But his boss was angry over the keeper’s late arrival to camp. The incident caused a drama, prompting the Super Eagles boss to call security officials to get Enyeama out of the camp.

However, officials of the Nigerian Football Federation have taken steps to resolve the matter. In a tweet posted late Tuesday night at 9:42pm, the NFF said, the crisis has been settled.
“It’s true that there was a little misunderstanding in the camp of NGSuperEagles, but the matter has been resolved. Enyeama remains in camp,” the NFF said on Twitter.
