In a statement made available to the media, the Director-General of ARCON, Dr. Olalekan Fadolapo said that the initiative is a multi-faceted integrated marketing communication process that requires careful planning, research insight, and effective execution of a detailed protocol.

To execute the initiative, ARCON announced that it has set up a committee led by Mr. Steve Babaeko, President of the Association of Advertising Agency of Nigeria (AAAN), and representatives from relevant stakeholders.

“The committee has been mandated to examine our country’s brand DNA to develop communication that will resonate with our people, promote our cultural diversity, and enhance our national value,” the statement said.

Sequel to the above information, ARCON has called on the advertising practitioners, stakeholders and the general public for their input, insight and sharing of strategy documents that can enhance the assignment of the committee.
