Season 10 of the Indomie Fan Club’s “Team Yourself Up” competition proved that Nigerian kids are bursting with creativity. With the theme “Create the Future,” over 64,000 young creators from across the country turned empty Indomie cartons, wrappers, and seasoning sachets into innovative works of art.

A statement from the firm stated that every participant at the final stage went home with a carton of Indomie, filled up on plates of garnished Indomie noodles, and thrilled after student–teacher dance-offs and fun activities.

It stated, “The entries were nothing short of amazing—from a life-sized robot named Indobot to a tractor, solar-powered chalet huts, a mosaic painting, a flower bouquet made from wrappers, a ship built with intricate carton cuts, and many more.

“The spotlight shone brightest on Feyisitan Ewaoluwa from Living Faith School, Lagos, who won the grand prize with her Indobot, saying she built it ‘so it can cook tasty Indomie faster and better.’

“Nwosu Raymond from the East emerged first runner-up, winning ₦200,000, while Kelechi Robert from D’Glorious School earned ₦100,000 as second runner-up for her mosaic painting made from Indomie packs.”

It stated that the best in the Eastern Region was Maxwell Njoku with his Indomie carton tractor, while Olivia Esiri from Lagos impressed with her solar chalet huts. Jemima from Ogun State and a student from Abuja, who made a basket from perforated cartons, each took home ₦35,000 and Indomie prizes.

A management consolation prize of ₦10,000 alongside a pack of Indomie was given to additional participants.

According to the Deputy Director of Culture at the Lagos State Council of Arts and Culture, Mr Mudasiru Ayoola, “Indomie is doing really well, and I’m impressed with the Fan Club. It’s like a family that keeps growing stronger. We appreciate their sustainability efforts and how they nurture creativity.”

National Coordinator of the Indomie Fan Club, Mrs Ogechukwu Joshua, added, “The purpose of this event is to bring out creativity, support recycling, and encourage teamwork between families and friends. It’s about effort and talent, and seeing young minds bring ideas to life.”

From noodles to masterpieces, this year’s competition proved that imagination has no limits. With creativity this bold, the future is bright, inspiring, and full of Indomie goodness.
