Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has appointed Prince Fatiu Adegbola Akiolu as the new Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency (LASAA).
This was made known through an official circular issued on September 15, 2023 and signed by the Head of Service, Hareem Muri-Okunola.
The appointment of a new boss for LASAA has generated anticipation amongst industry stakeholders and with the confirmation of Prince Fatiu Akiolu, who is not unknown to the Outdoor Advertising industry there should be some new expectation based on his experience in the industry.

The circular also includes the appointment of a non cabinet member, Mrs. Titi Oshodi as Special Adviser on Climate Change Initiative.

The other appointments contained in the circular includes Mrs. Toyin Ogunlana as the Managing Director, Lagos State Records and Archives Bureau (LASRAB), Mrs. Adeniyi Adebola Bilikis as the General Manager, Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASRRA) and Mr. Rasheed Muri-Okunola as the Managing Director of Motor Vehicle Administration Agency (MVAA). While Mrs. Adetoun Popoola gets reappointed as the General Manager of Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK).
As contained in the referred circular, all appointment takes effect from Monday, September 18, 2023.
