Rite Foods Limited is announces the appointment of Dr. Kehinde Onijingin as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective November 1st, 2023. With an extensive background spanning over 21 years in human resources and strategy, Dr. Onijingin brings a wealth of expertise to fortify the company’s standing as a frontrunner in the food and beverage industry.
Formerly serving as the Head of Human Resources and Administration, Dr. Onijingin played a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the organization. His leadership spans over 15 years in both the manufacturing and financial services sectors, consistently making noteworthy contributions to these industries.
Rite Foods Limited, an industry leader, selected Dr. Onijingin as COO due to his remarkable track record of value creation within the company. Since assuming the role of Head of Human Resources and Administration on October 2nd, 2019, he has been instrumental in driving substantial changes not only in human resources but also across various facets of the organization.

As a vital member of the Management Team, Dr. Onijingin’s insights have significantly contributed to the company’s success, earning numerous accolades. Prior to joining Rite Foods Limited, he held the position of Head of Human Resources and Administration at Honeywell Flour Mills Plc., where he played key roles in business strategy development.
Dr. Onijingin is an erudite Human Resource and Strategy expert who has attended over 25 management trainings and conferences in Human Resource and Strategic Management from reputable institutes and business schools. He earned a Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in Human Resource Management with a specialization in Knowledge Management in April 2013. His dedication to Business Strategy led to a second Doctorate Degree in Strategic Management from Babcock University in April 2017.
Additionally, he holds certification as a Balanced Scorecard Professional from George Washington University in the United States of America and the Balanced Scorecard Institute, West Africa.
