Aguero Pleased With PSG Draw

Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero the club has done well to boost its chances of progressing to the next stage of the UEFA Champions League, following their 2-2 draw on Wednesday night at Paris Saint-Germain in the first leg of their quarter-final.

The Argentine warned that City would have to put in their best efforts when they face the French champions in the second leg of the tie, if they are to go through to the final four.

“I am happy with the result. It was a fair tie. It was important we score a goal as visitors, and as luck would have it, we did,” he told reporters. I have a good feeling. This was an important result and we are going to be very excited to play the second game, especially because it will be at home in front of our fans.

“We can’t take anything for granted. We have 90 minutes more and we must do our best.
Goals from Fernandinho and Kelvin De Bruyne at the Parc des Princes mean PSG need a win or gigh-scoring draw to progress at the Etihad on Tuesday night.
