Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of world’s leading social networking site Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, on Wednesday, welcome his first baby named Max, with wife Priscilla Chan after years of trying.

In a touching letter to his daughter, Zuckerberg expressed his love for the new baby. “Your mother and I don’t yet have the words to describe the hope you give us for the future. Your new life is full of promise, and we hope you will be happy and healthy so you can explore it fully. You’ve already given us a reason to reflect on the world we hope you live in,” Zuckerberg wrote.
He pledged, he, alongside his wife, would donate “99 per cent” of their Facebook shares – worth approximately $45 billion – to “advancing human potential and promoting equality”.
