Lukmon Oloyede

Techne Summit, the international entrepreneurship technology event that includes the main global players in the technology industry, will launch this year once again in the Mediterranean city of Alexandria, Egypt between 7-8 May 2016 with the theme: ‘Technology.Innovation.Talent.”
Techne Summit 2016 is hosted under the auspices of The Federation of the Egyptian Chambers of Commerce and the Information Technology Industry Development Agency.
Its 2015 edition was the first of its kind event in the region. This year the event will continue with the same philosophy of capitalising on the crucial role of the technology and communications sectors in the development of nations, and fostering innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship to serve the development process.

The summit will be an opportunity for start-ups to grow in the Middle East and North Africa region by connecting with investors and distributors by showcasing their products and acquiring funding for their businesses as well as foster the exchange of ideas and experiences across various regions worldwide.
