A brain child of visionary founders, incorporated in June 2009, the firm had the vision to become a fore front consulting firm in Nigeria hence the name – Generating Demand Management Consulting. And in just five years down the line, the company has continued to build a highly disciplined, effective and result-driven team, always putting clients’ objectives before financial gains.
The first challenge of the Gbenga Afolabi led team was when they had their first brief – to carry out direct sales of an RTD using a self-financing scheme. Extremely low on finances to execute the project, determination and ambition was the team’s biggest asset. With this they
successfully executed this maiden project, breaking into the industry.
With visionary leadership, the founding members set a goal to be amongst the top 5 agencies in 5 years and it’s positively on the verge of accomplishing this. The team today, has grown from 4 staff 5 years ago, to 80 full time employees today, with over 400 contract employees around the country on different potentially history defining projects.
The team has focused on delivering value-adding campaigns through her rigorous ideation process which births winning strategies. Till date, GDM has succeeded in building a result driven culture based on fairness, hard work and equity. The team comprises young vibrant men and women, both
frontline and field staff who passionately plan and execute campaigns, each doing their part to deliver overall objectives.
